1. Minimum Order Value
For Tamil Nadu, the minimum order value is ₹ 3,000/-. For other states, the minimum order value is ₹ 5,000/-.
2. Order Placement & Confirmation
- Orders are collected only through the inquiry/cart system on this website.
- Upon submission of your inquiry, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or Phone Call within 24 hours to confirm availability and provide final pricing.
- Orders are considered confirmed only after manual verification and payment confirmation.
3. Payment Terms
- 100% advance payment is required for order processing.
- Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, G-Pay, PhonePe, or other UPI methods as provided during the confirmation call.
- Please share the payment screenshot on WhatsApp to receive your official receipt.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Deliveries are handled by registered third-party transport service providers.
- Shipping charges are additional and must be paid by the customer to the transport office at the time of delivery (To-Pay basis).
- Delivery time usually ranges from 3 to 10 days depending on the location and transport schedule.
- Advay Traders is not responsible for any delays caused by the transport company or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Product Availability & Substitution
While we strive to provide all items as per your inquiry, firecracker availability depends on factory production. In case of unavailability, we will suggest the closest alternative of equal or higher value before shipping.
6. Cancellation & Refund
- Orders once confirmed and processed cannot be cancelled.
- No cash refunds will be provided. In case of genuine issues, credit notes or product replacements may be considered at management's discretion.
7. Safety Warning
Firecrackers are hazardous. Advay Traders is not liable for any accidents or injuries resulting from improper use. Please follow all safety instructions provided on the product packaging and local government guidelines for bursting crackers.
